The hardware for ceiling-height, large-format elements offers deluxe operation and large opening widths. Even multi-sash designs are easy to slide. They open up the living space and provide almost "flush to floor level" access. Stylish, functional handle solutions and the optionally available, extremely corrosion-resistant TRICOAT-Plus surface finish rounds off the programme. The serviceability of the lift&slide hardware has been verified according to QM 346 and the slide&tilt hardware has been verified according to QM 347.

RAIL-SYSTEMS HS

MACO hardware is a full range of the highest quality from a single source. Including drive gear, rollers, gasket tracks and thresholds. The hardware is suitable for moving sash weights up to 400 kg in PVC, timber and timber/aluminium. Product innovations include the revolutionary retractable locking hooks and flush striker plates. Other new features in addition to frameless fixed glazing include very narrow timber profiles, also available for very large-format doors with a sash height up to 3600 mm and a sash weight up to 300 kg.

RAIL-SYSTEMS SKB 

MACO slide&tilt hardware for ceiling-height, large-format elements with a sash weight up to 200 kg in PVC, timber, and timber-aluminium never fails to impress with its consistent operating convenience and security. Three system versions are available with standardised basic hardware for the central locking system, optionally available in our extremely corrosion-resistant TRICOAT-Plus surface finish. All three systems are easy to install and vertical adjustment of the roller is a breeze.

RAIL-SYSTEMS PAS

The parallel-stop-slide for PVC, timber and timber-aluminium systems is based on the proven roller technology of the MACO slide&tilt hardware. Its key features are the all-round ventilation with a sash parallel stop of 5 mm and capability for burglar resistance according to resistance class 2 (RC 2). The standard parallel-stop-slide is even equipped with the i.S. security roller cam. The integrated spring mechanism easily moves sliding doors up to 200 kg in weight.
